Am I tied into a subscription?

No. You can change recipe, pause, skip, reschedule or cancel online.

What if my dog doesn't like the food?

If your dog doesn't get on with the trial, you can switch the next delivery to the other recipe or cancel online.

How do I place my first order?

Take the two-minute quiz. We show your dog's portion, price and delivery cycle, then you can start the full plan or begin with a 2kg trial for £7.50 — 50% off.

How much should I feed my dog?

We work it out from your dog's profile and show the amount before you buy. Update their details whenever something changes and we'll recalculate it.

Are the charities registered?

Yes. Our current charity partner is Fetcher Dog, registered charity number 1182392.

Do you have wet food?

Not at the moment. We currently make two complete dry adult recipes, chicken and salmon.
